Medicines Use Review
The Medicines Use Review is a free NHS service offered by all accredited pharmacists in the UK. They can take place annually or at regular interval. It requires a confidential consultation with our pharmacist regarding the medicines you are currently taking. It will help you to understand how your medicines should be used and why they have been prescribed. During consultation session you can ask any questions you may have in regards to your medicines. The consultation will take place in our pharmacy’s private consultation room.
The consultation is to:
- Improve the effectiveness of your medicines.
- Identify if you can take fewer medicines than before.
- Help you know more about the medicines you take
- Identify any problems you may be having with your medicines
